3.4 Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl37 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl37 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on Philippine business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. jl37 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the jl37 Platform:
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jl37 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). jl37 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. jl37 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any associated winnings where abuse of promotional offers is detected.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse jl37 bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
6.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the jl37 Platform:

7.1 All content on the jl37 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of jl37 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl37.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8.2 jl37 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8.3 jl37's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl37 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl37's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where termination is not for cause, jl37 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
10.3 You may close your jl37 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl37 Platform shall first be submitted to jl37's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
11.3 jl37 operates under PAGCOR oversight. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
12.1 jl37 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jl37 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification.
